Now and then, a new product is in the loop and about to get launched. It’s expected of every business to have a product (or service) that launches from time –to ensure business sustainability.
However, not all products that launch are successful. Some endure the test of time for a few weeks, few months, or even years after launch. No business owner wants to be the one that launches a product that doesn’t get the attention of the target audience and ultimately converts to sales.
What makes the difference between a product that successfully launches and one that doesn’t is the strategy put into the developing, promoting, and even the launching process itself.
Here’s some info to hopefully increase your sales conversion chances.
Market to the Right People
The goal of any product should be to satisfy the needs of the consumers. To meet the needs of these consumers, the producers must know about them. A successful product launch needs to be marketed to the right people. To do this, there are a couple of steps that need to be taken.
First, you need to survey the market. Studying the market gives you a good idea of how to serve prospective consumers better. Few questions you may need to answer are;
Who is likely to need this product?
Why would they want to buy this product?
What problem is it likely to solve in this person’s life?
Answering these questions gives you a great idea of what direction to take and why anyone would want to spend money on your product in the first place. It’s a good idea to create visual avatars for various audience segments. Then you need to frame your product marketing strategy that corresponds with their situation, needs, and worries.
This is the first step to an effective product promotion strategy.
The chances are that your current audience might not be the most relevant if your product diverges from your existing portfolio. Surveying your products will also give you a level of feedback from your audience. The feedback can then be used to make subtle changes to your product quality and quality.
Use research to fine-tune your product targeting and convert your product to one that consumers need and want at the same time.
You can also evaluate your previous marketing campaigns’ effectiveness for a new audience and times and apply the changes accordingly. The changes may be to identify current marketing approaches to your strategy.
After you do this, you can package your product in the best possible way, even better than any other person’s.
With these, you’re on the right path to having a successful product launch.

Over a decade ago when I was preparing to go into the business world, one of my business teachers taught me wherever people are, money is there. In other words, people are money! Understanding these simple concepts has helped me more than many other concepts. I have learned over the years that my teacher didn’t teach me that it’s possible to have all these people you need to make all the money you need. Right in your room today, I run a media company that have audience in more than 30 countries and that’s only possible because of the internet. I Run another company that sells our products nationwide. This is only possible because of the Internet. I’ll be sharing with you what 99% of people don’t know about making money online. Whenever you see people, you see money. If you don’t agree with this statement think about where most company headquarters of the world are located. Especially in the last three to five decades where physical goods and services are sold.
It’s usually in the cities, because that’s where most people are. People are money because people have needs and once you figure out what people want, you can easily get them to pay you. Now what if you can see all these people in a single room? Wow if there could be a magic that can bring a billion people together in the same room! Since we’ve established that people are money you being in that room should make you a millionaire, right? Wrong! Today we have more than 3.5 billion people in the same room and yet many people are poor. Today, you are in the same room with 3.5 billion other humans who have tens of needs. If you are reading this and you’re broke, I think it’s your fault. Most people still don’t know that people equal money. If you know the people are money and you know that they are over 2 billion people on Facebook, whom you can reach and solve some problems for, then you should not be poor.
How can I serve these people and make money from them? If you continue asking these two questions, even without the internet, you will be rich now in the era of the internet. The question becomes, how can I serve just a few of this multitude? How can I serve just a few thousands among them? If you’re smart, and you continue asking these questions, I don’t see why you should be poor. But there’s another problem. Most people don’t have anything to give, or at least they don’t think they do.
The math is actually very simple until you figure out how to make someone else’s life a little easier or better. Until you figure out how to serve someone no one will throw their money at you. You have to give before you get and every resourceful person has something that others need if you don’t understand this concept, let me share with you a few. I’ll leave you with a few examples that might inspire you to discover what you can give others to make a lot of money on the internet. Let’s start from the phone or a laptop.
You’re using one such device to read this. These are very useful because they give you the opportunity to communicate with others everywhere in the world. There is another tool that helps you and that’s data and a few other accessories. That’s the reason why you are willing to drop money for them and that’s how the companies that produced your phone and laptop make a lot of money. If they didn’t give you something of value, you won’t give them your hard earned money.
Even for those who know the enormous opportunities on the internet having to wait for a whole year. Before making money is what they could never do and I’m here to tell you the truth If you don’t have one or two years to wait, you cannot build any meaningful business anywhere either online or offline.

At the end of every year, holidays bring forth love, laughter, and joy — all of the things we yearn for year long. The pressure associated with attaining a quick completion of all of your tasks at work and home can either make or break your holiday. So, if you too are trying to get done with all of your tasks before the end of 2020 while saving yourself from missing out on anything at home, listed below are a few tips that can enable you to reach the balance you desire.
Work Smart — Not Hard
Instead of wasting endless effort on multiple projects simultaneously, work in parallel. Make a list of what needs to be done now and what can be done later, and then divide your effort and time accordingly. It is important to understand your strengths and weaknesses, which can help you find out which project will take longer and what project could be done sooner, hence helping you diverge importance between different projects efficiently.
Plan everything. Create a schedule for business-related tasks, along with everything you have to do at home. Time theming can do wonders; if you know what tasks you need to complete and the time the work needs to be delivered, you’ll achieve the epitome of systemization that will save you from time-consuming confusion.
Automate Everything You Can
Use modern-day technology to your advantage, save time and energy by automating specific tasks instead of doing them yourself, such as employing a marketing platform to market your business for you, for customer services you could install CRM and for internal processes such as sharing files, try out an Enterprise Content Management System. It begins with an automatically generated response and ends with your life getting a whole lot easier.
Diffuse Your Workload
Share your responsibilities, and understand that you cannot do everything on your own. Whether it’s doing laundry or sending an email, learn to delegate at work, and ask for help at home. Two great minds are always smarter than one.
It is essential to identify what truly matters. Set priorities, and understand that you will have to choose between your career and family at times. For example, your daughter’s first performance in a play is more important than a routine meeting. In contrast, a contract signing should keep you from attending that holiday dinner you can’t bear either way.
Divide Time, Finance, and Energy
Draw a line between the time, money, and effort you need to put into your career and your life at home, and ensure that those two lines don’t merge. Set hours that you need to complete for work and the time you want to be spending at home either with yourself or anyone who matters.
Appreciate Yourself, Learn to Let Go
Life is an eternal work in progress. You may not be able to do everything you want to when you want to do it. Therefore, it is compulsory to appreciate yourself for the work you are getting done and the little things, like finally decorating that unadorned Christmas tree you bought last year.
Don’t forget to relish the moment, enjoy whatever you’re doing, whether it’s at work or home. Learn to let go of things that you haven’t been able to get done even after trying. You matter too, so make sure you exercise, eat well, and maintain your circadian rhythm. The final tip is to believe in yourself, and know that you will get there one day — until then, happy holidays.
